Marketing Executive

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join a vibrant and dynamic team to undertake key marketing activities to promote the growth of the company. This role is an exciting opportunity and would suit an individual with a strong initiative and excellent marketing skills and works well meeting target milestones. The role will allow the successful candidate to grow and develop their skills within a supportive and friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will create and maintain marketing campaigns, promotional events and content calendars that will contribute to the company success and continued growth according to trends and customer requirements. He/she will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services, and public image.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate continuous growth. In conjunction with the Commercial team, the ideal candidate will be required to assist in planning and prioritising marketing activities to achieve department targets and KPIs.

The successful candidate must available to work at the company premises in Naas, Co. Kildare so must be within a commutable distance to the office. This is not a hybrid working role.

  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.
  • Third level qualification in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Creative flare for designing website, brochure and digital media content.
  • Strong work ethic with an ability to work well under pressure.
  • Posses practical knowledge in process, business, and commercial areas.
  • An energetic self-starter, who is self-motivated and ambitious to succeed.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
  • Familiarity with social media, web platforms and analytics such as Linked In, Google analytics and Wordpress.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Indesign, illustrator and photoshop or similar design packages.
  • Organised, dependable, and with an ability to work on your own initiative, as well as part of the wider team, to achieve personal and company targets and KPIs.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal and people communication skills.
  • Excellent commercial awarness.

Personal Profile:

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Write copy for diverse marketing campaigns (brochures, press releases, website material, social media, thought leadership pieces, and continuously improve content for SEO and brand awareness.
  • Oversee, manage and continuously improve Google ad campaigns to increase click through rates.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor progress of marketing and sales campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Collaborate with management team in preparing marketing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Work closely with other company departments to deliver market feedback, channel partner support and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the company innovation programme by providing dist4ributor, customer and market feedback on end user requirements, customer challenges, market trends and acquiring potential opportunities..
  • Present regular progress and updates to the management team.
