Sales and Marketing Administrator

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business graduate with a number of years’ experience in a similar role in an industrial related environment.

The individual must have strong organisation skills, be an effective communicator with a high standard of written English, and have strong presentation skills. They should be able to contribute to a creative and innovative environment contributing to the overall development and growth of the organisation.

As the Sales and Marketing Administrator you will be providing day to day sales and marketing administration support to the commercial team.  You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties in the commercial department including answering and escalating customer / reseller enquiries, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updating and reporting, website updates, tradeshow organisation, generating and updating sales and marketing documentation, social media posting, customer follow up emails and phone calls, scheduling calls and facilitating customer visits and demonstrations.  The successful candidate should have a marketing degree or a business degree with marketing and should ideally have three years’ experience in a marketing role.  The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the company’s offices in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland.
